Sleep problems following traumatic brain injury in a paediatric population: an ongoing investigation.

In our study, we found that many children experience sleep problems after a serious head injury, including difficulty sleeping and feeling unusually tired during the day. These challenges often continue long after the injury, highlighting the importance of supporting children's sleep as part of their recovery.

Designing a sleep intervention for children with Traumatic Brain Injury: what do parents have to say?

We explored parents’ views on sleep interventions for children recovering from traumatic brain injury. Most parents were concerned about sleep and preferred environmental and sleep hygiene approaches over medication. Our findings will help us develop family-centred interventions that are practical, acceptable, and easier to implement.
